Addition:

+ Axe tool :axe: (You can pick up the raft and place it somewhere else with this)

+ Tutorial button & high score counter on main menu

+ Raft now has animation

+ Crates now gives you 1-2 rocks

+ New main menu music

+ Click sfx to some of the UI

Changes:

* Grill floating even if the block below it is destroyed

* Items inside the grill stays when the grill is destroyed

* Adjusted player hitbox
